But if your not into a heart shape you could always go with a pin that uses heart stones. Like the Coro pin seen below.
I myself will go with the following pendant and not a Pin. Yes this is vintage in my book and very special as my Grandmother Amah, who painted china made this for me and gave it to me when I was a child. The inscription says "Aimee - Love From Amah"
